Port Pick-up information

If you are joining our tour at the port, you must inform us which ship you will be arriving with so we can pick you up at the correct dock.

You can see here at which dock your ship arrives.

Pick-up starts at the time indicated on your ticket. You will not be able to find a staff member before that time.

Oddeyrarbryggja

If your ship docks at Oddeyrarbryggja, you must walk to the left and through the gate where the yellow arrow marked Exit is.

A staff member with an "Imagine Iceland Travel" sign will stand in the green zone. They administer pick-ups and check-ins for us. You will check in for your tour with this staff member.

The vehicle will then pick you up in the orange zone, and a staff member will escort you there or permit you to go there when the vehicle is ready.

Tangabryggja

If your ship docks at Tangabryggja, you must walk past the big tour buses using the path marked with the yellow broken line behind them.

You will then need to contact a staff member in the hut in the green zone with an "Imagine Iceland Travel" sign. They will administer your check-in and escort you to your vehicle.
